Please know that there is a place for everyone within Pure Women's Fitness. I have never had a client issue where we could not work out a program that fit into their budget and allowed them to work with me to achieve their goals.

Personal training: offers the nutritional counseling and life coaching as part of the complete program at no extra cost. Each session is one hour in length and can be from 1-5 days per week, depending on your goals and current level of fitness. Read more about the program in the Your Body page.

Nutritional counseling: includes your metabolic typing test, evaluation of your current eating habits, and designing your optimum eating guidelines step-by-step to ensure weight loss and healthy body function. Initial session is 2 hours, with follow up on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on your needs.

Pantry evaluation and design: is just that! We go through your pantry and explain the good and bad of each food and why it is that way. Includes a nutritional consultation beforehand. This service takes 2 hours, with follow up as needed and could include a grocery shopping trip to instruct you on how to work the aisles.

Private group classes: gather your girlfriends and choose from the list of available group classes and have your own class 2-3 times per week! An amazing time to bond, work together, and reach your goals. Nutritional guidance is included and you have access to your trainer 24/7.

Corporate group classes: this is for the office, after business hours we can roll out the waiting room furniture and conduct your own office workout class 2-3 times per week. A wonderful way to get fit without driving anywhere between work and home!

Bikini Beach Boot Camp: a fun, outdoor workout where we burn fat and tone up those areas you need to become bikini ready! One of my favorites to teach...a new class starts every 4 weeks.

Bridal program: an overall body workout with special emphasis on the arms and upper body to get you ready for that dress in a hurry! Customized to your liking...

Marathon training: goal oriented training for walking, jogging, and running marathons with skill and ease. Outdoor workouts with your event in mind.

Post natal: having a baby is one of life's most precious times, but it can leave some unwanted side-effects that are common and totally able to be fixed, you just have to know how to fix them! A complete nutritional and physical program for those who are determined to get tighter than every around the midsection and thighs where that baby fat has hung around.
